The overall objective for running the RawMaterials Accelerator Programme is to improve the market entry success rate of scalable start-ups, focusing on addressing business essentials market introduction. The RawMaterials Accelerator Programme consists of three phases – Explore, Build, Grow. There are stage gates between each of the phases, at which start-ups need to gain approval to enter the next phase. Each phase has specific objectives and funding, as well as a specific process and timeline. Deadline: 8 April 2022
The EIT Urban Mobility has launched the application for ThematicAccelerators. The five programmes areaimed at early-stage start-ups (TRL 4-7) and offering mentoring, access to markets, and support in terms of technology and business model validation, just to name few services included in the six month training.
Deadline: 6th April 2022. New experiments / services for energy to optimized electricity grid monitoring and operation. This may potentially include services for: advanced asset management of network assets; utility portfolio management, risk hedging and energy trading; local flexibility trading, flexibility sharing (peer-to-peer) and local energy communities; plus energy communities and buildings through coordinated management of demand, generation and storage assets; increasing the smartness of buildings and their market readiness; urban planning and smart cities. Interreg Europe announces that the first call for proposals for Interreg Europe 2021-2027 will open on April 5. The deadline will be May 31. The program helps regional and local governments across Europe develop and implement better policies to create an environment and opportunities for sharing solutions and policy learning. The aim is to ensure that government investment, innovation and implementation efforts lead to integrated and sustainable impact for people and place.

Description: to support the exploration of new cross-sectoral value chains feasibility with focus on developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) connecting two or more of the sectors (aerospace, textile, advanced manufacturing). Eligibility and consortia: at least 2 SME, both from EU or UK. Maximum request per proposal: €100,000
Deadline: 30 March 2022. It nurtures beyond the state-of-the-art research on blockchain technology and fosters the development of new software, platforms or tools for distributed trust. To define and implement small scale research projects on one of the two topics: Topic Trust and reputation models on blockchains; Topic Proof-of-validity and proof-of-location. Eligibility and consortia: developers, innovators, researchers, SMEs, entrepreneurs and academia and Maximum request per proposal: €75,000.

Select Adopter SMEs/Slightly Bigger companies that represent high-potential business use cases for implementation of Laser-Based Advanced & Additive Manufacturing (LBAAM) technology in their processes, products and business models. Eligibility and consortia: ONE company that has the status of SMEs or a Slightly Bigger company and maximum request per proposal: Up to €25 000.
The second wave of calls for proposals under the Digital Europe Programme has been launched, following the adoption of the work programmes and the first set of calls in November 2021. The calls are open to businesses, organisations, and public administrations from the EU Member States, EFTA/EEA countries, as well as entities from other countries associated to the Programme. The deadline for applications is 17 May 2022.
